MGM Australia was founded to prove that Indigenous-owned businesses can lead on major infrastructure and create lasting employment along the way.
MGM Australia is a majority Indigenous-owned and operated company delivering construction, road infrastructure and maintenance services throughout Australia. Founded on the principles of quality, reliability and community impact, we have built a reputation for delivering projects safely, efficiently and on budget.
Our vision is to improve the future for Aboriginal men and women through quality skills development and industry experience. MGM's purpose is to engage with local and Aboriginal communities for business, employment, contracting, sub-contracting, training, and community capacity building.
We are committed to sustainable employment of Indigenous Australians, providing cultural awareness training, flexible work practices for cultural and family responsibilities, Welcome to Country guidelines, and encouraging staff to attend events that celebrate Indigenous culture.
Co-Founder & Director
Anthony Mundine is a proud Indigenous Australian and a former professional boxer and rugby league footballer who has spent over 25 years advocating for Aboriginal rights, education, and community development.
Raised in inner-city Sydney, Anthony has always fought for fairness and recognition of Indigenous people. Beyond sport, he has invested his own time and resources into mentoring young Aboriginal Australians and creating pathways to meaningful careers.
MGM gives Anthony a platform to extend that mission into the construction and infrastructure sector, connecting young Indigenous people with skills, training, and real jobs on the ground.
Co-Founder & Director
Gosh Daher brings over 20 years of hands-on construction and maintenance experience to MGM. Before co-founding the company, he built and ran Everlast Building Maintenance, managing high-volume projects for major organisations across New South Wales.
His expertise in contract management, technical delivery, and local business operations complements Anthony's community leadership. Together, they've created a company that pairs commercial rigour with genuine social purpose.
Gosh's practical knowledge ensures every MGM project is delivered to spec, on schedule, and with the operational discipline that clients expect from their contractors.
